Rhubarb Cobbler

Cobbler Ingredients * 4 1/2-5 cups finely chopped rhubarb * 1/2 cup white sugar * 1/2 cup brown sugar * 1/2 cup butter * 1/2 tsp. salt * 2 tsp. baking powder * 1 egg, slightly beaten * 1/2 cup milk * 1 cup flour Directions Spread rhubarb evenly in greased cake pan. Combine the rest of ingredients and spread over rhubarb. Topping Ingredients * 1/2 cup brown sugar * 1 Tbsp. cornstarch * pinch salt * 1 cup water Directions Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt. Sprinkle over batter. Pour water evenly over all. Bake at 375 degrees F for approximately 1 hour or until golden. Serve warm with milk.
