Bull Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb cabbage
  • 1 lb burger
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 T mayonaise
  • 5 oz finely grated cheese

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Very finely slice the 1/2 lb of cabbage. Grate the onion. Combine cabbage, onion, egg and burger. Form into 6 meatballs, slightly flattened, and place in oiled baking pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven.
  • Mix mayonaise and grated cheese. Place a dollop on top of each meatball. Return baking pan to oven, uncovered, for 5-7 minutes. 
  • Ready to serve!
